You should have already identified who you want to involve. For further information read our section on Planning involvement. The next stage is finding the people to attend the engagement event. You might find it helpful to do this with a delivery group, made up of colleagues or partners, sharing responsibilities and developing ideas about how to get in touch with people.
Recruiting people takes time. If possible, it is good to allow two to three months from the planning stage. This will allow you to find a broad range of people.
