Once you have completed your evaluation, and understand what has changed as a result of user involvement, you will have a much better idea of how to make it happen and will want to share the lessons with other people. This will help others learn and help you celebrate what you’ve done to make involvement happen.
To share lessons, ask yourself:
- How will the lessons from the evaluation be shared?
- How can you make sure people act upon your recommendations?
- How will progress on your recommendations be monitored and assessed?
