Q. I have received my activation code, but not yet registered.

  • Please quick register here. Enter your details and activation code. You are now registered.
  • Next time you visit the website, go directly to the professional members webspace at: www.diabetes.org.uk/promember
  • or login to ‘My Profile’ by clicking on the log-in button at the top right hand side of the website.

Q. I have entered my activation code, but get an error message stating ‘There was a problem trying to register your details.  There was a problem with the details submitted: No record found for Activation Code.’ What should I do?

  • If you are getting this error message, you have probably already registered successfully. You can now log in by going to the log-in button at the top right of the website. Next time you visit the website, simply log in. You do not need to register again.

Q. I am attempting to register, but get a message saying ‘Your email address is already in use, please choose another one’. What should I do?

  • This means you have already registered on the website. You do not need to register again. Simply go to the log-in button at the top right of the website.

Q. I haven't received my activation code.

Q. I have registered my activation code but can’t access the professional members’ webspace.

  • Please go to www.diabetes.org.uk/promember.  You will be asked to login with your registered username and password before you can access the web space.
  • Alternatively you can login to ‘My Profile’ at www.diabetes.org.uk/login. Click on the 'members' webspace' box on the right of the page. 

Q. I can’t remember my registered username and password.

You can also access these links from the login page at www.diabetes.org.uk/login

Q. How do I log in?

  • Go to any page of the website. On the top right of the page, click log-in. Enter your user name and password to log in. Alternatively, go to www.diabetes.org.uk/login

Q. I have logged in, but can’t find the professional members’ webspace.

  • Go to www.diabetes.org.uk/promember.  You will be asked to log-in.
  • Alternatively click on the ‘My Profile’ tab at the top right of any page on the website. Once in the ‘My Profile’ page, click on the ‘Go to members webspace’, box. 
  • You can also access the members' webspace, from the bottom left hand menu of the professional page.

Q. I am still having problems accessing the professional members' webspace.
