Primary Care Network

The Primary Care Network provides support for the management of diabetes in primary care.

Designed for the healthcare professional working in primary care, it provides medical information and patient materials to help in the diagnosis, treatment and self-management of people with diabetes.

Signing up to the Network is completely free. All you have to do is provide us with one main contact, a postal address to send you materials and an email address. The information we send you will include:

Aimed at healthcare professionals without a specialist interest in diabetes:
  • Diabetes in Primary Care – written for healthcare professionals, a new medical education resource comprehensively covering all aspects of diabetes and effective clinical management. Accredited by the Royal College of Nursing.
  • Patient tools, including a DVD starter pack for use by newly diagnosed patients.
