Year of Care and Hot Topics
This summer 2008 Year of Care are adding the Diabetes UK Hot Topics service to their project to enable patients taking part in the YoC at Tower Hamlets, North of Tyne and Calderdale and Kirklees to send in their experiences of diabetes care.
YoC patients will be able to email their hot topics, call the 24/7 voicemail service or send in their hot topics using the paper feedback forms to the freepost Diabetes UK central office, London. The hot topics collected for YoC will be forwarded to the YoC evaluation team for further assessment. Diabetes UK will also be able use these hot topics for the monthly hot topics reports.
