Summer is officially here and, for many, summer holidays are just around the corner.

Green leaves in summer sunlight

Off on your travels? Our tips will help you manage your diabetes while you are away. We also offer travel insurance designed for people with diabetes.

Closer to home, we have lots of activities and events for you this summer, such as Walk in the Park, and other ways to raise funds and awareness.

Wherever you are this summer, home and away, we think you'll appreciate our new diabetes cool-pouches - perfect to stop your insulin from overheating - and our kitbags, ideal for all your diabetes equipment, glucose tablets and lots more.

While you're enjoying your summer, please remember that our vital research never takes a holiday - we welcome any contribution you could make to our Summer appeal.

We hope you have a great summer.
