Our theme this year is 'Small change, big difference' and there are lots of ways to take part and make that difference.

Silhouettes of people taking part in Diabetes Week activities

Make small changes in your lifestyle and see big improvements in your health.

Campaign for small changes in NHS policy and make a real difference to the lives of people with diabetes.

Help us raise awareness of the condition or raise the funds we need to continue our work - take part in an event in your area, or donate to our coin box appeal. You could even get your company involved.

As well as running Diabetes Week we are here to help all year round - and we have many ways you can help people with diabetes throughout the year.
