- Chop the herbs finely, then mix all the ingredients together and form into 12 walnut- sized balls.
- Add the oil from the tin of tuna to a frying pan and brown the tuna balls for 10-12 minutes turning regularly.
- Meanwhile, heat the passata, add the tuna balls and serve with a lemon wedge.
- If you don't have fresh herbs, use 2 tsps of dried, mixed herbs.
- You could add a pinch of chilli flakes or a crushed clove of garlic to spice them up a little.
