Here we have a selection of Digital Stories from people with diabetes in Wales. They talk about their experiences and journey from diagnosis to today, what they have learnt, the difficulties they have encountered and overcome and the milestones along the way.
It's easy to share your story and we'd love to hear it. Go toYouTube, click upload and 'webcam capture' and record your story (it doesn't have to be fancy). Don't forget to send us your video link (you will get it after you've finished recording) towales@diabetes.org.uk
If you don't want to use YouTube, simply write your story in an email and send it to us at the same address and we will add it to the 'Your Diabetes Journey' section of the website.
