Halloween may seem like a long way off, but with just three months to go, we want to get our supporters thinking about how they get into the dress-up spirit this year while raising vital funds to help people with diabetes at the same time.
This year, for the first time, Diabetes UK is creating an event to celebrate Halloween. We are inviting everyone toDress Diabolicalfor Diabetes UK on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October to raise much needed funds.
We are asking all participants to try to raise as much sponsorship money as possible to help us change the lives of millions of people with diabetes.
All money raised through Dress Diabolical will help our work to understand the causes of diabetes, find ways to help people manage their diabetes today and try to prevent and, one day, cure the condition.
Participants will also help us provide services to people affected by diabetes, such as our life-changing support holidays for children and families and the Diabetes UK Careline, both of which provide vital information and emotional support.
Every donation counts, and helps people with diabetes, their families and carers. We are aiming to raise £60,000 from Dress Diabolical this year.
