Diabetes UK would like to say a huge ‘thank you’ to everyone who has helped to make this Diabetes Week such a great success.
All week our supporters and staff have been making small changes to make a big difference to the lives of people with diabetes.
Highlights have included Sunday’s 700-strong Walk in the Park in London, attended by Coronation Street star Kym Ryder (pictured); awareness-raising news stories such as ‘What you don’t know could hurt you’; and yesterday’s brilliant Question Time event, which Frank Dobson MP came along to.
And don’t forget that you can make a small change to make a big difference at any time of the year with Diabetes UK. Visit this site regularly to see what fundraising, campaigning and awareness-raising you can get involved in. We are also here to make a positive difference to you, providing all the latest news and information on diabetes and the work and research of Diabetes UK.
