A night at the docks - conference dinner
For 2018’s conference dinner we invite you to join us in the heart of East London, at the Museum of London Docklands, for ‘a night at the docks’. You’ll be transported back in time with a rum reception in the immersive Sailortown gallery, before being treated to a delicious three-course meal with wine, and live music from our fabulous band.
When does the dinner take place?
2018’s conference dinner will be held on Thursday, 15 March at the Museum of London Docklands.
When does it start and finish?
The drinks reception begins at 7.30pm. The evening is intended to finish no later than 11pm. Please note that no shuttle service will be provided, but the venue is very close to both Westferry and West India Quay on the DLR.
What is the dress code?
Feel free to channel your inner sailor, mariner or pirate. Or just come as you arrrrrrrrrr!
Is there a seating plan?
There is not a seating plan, however tables for 10 people can be booked in advance if attending as a group. If you book 10 tickets in one transaction, we will reserve a table for you.
How much are the tickets and what does the price include?
Tickets cost £55 (inc. VAT) per person. This price includes a drinks reception, traditional three course meal, half a bottle of wine and lively entertainment.
How do I book?
You can book your dinner tickets now. The easiest way to do this is to choose the dinner option when you register for the conference. Otherwise please contact the conference team to book your place. We look forward to celebrating with you.
