Why get involved with the Diabetes UK Professional Conference 2019?
The Diabetes UK Professional Conference (DUKPC) is the largest event in the UK organised exclusively for the education of scientists and healthcare professionals working in diabetes.
The conference, with its exhibition, satellite symposia and extensive abstract programme, that incorporates oral and poster presentations, is the go-to event for up-to-date research and developments in the field of diabetes.
The conference programme has multiple tracks to allow delegates to maximise their learning needs and professional development. It is also an invaluable opportunity to share best practice and network.
The programme is carefully planned to run parallel lectures. Divided into eight tracks, including a workshop stream, they encompass a wide range of sessions and symposia in the fields of basic science, clinical science and clinical care. This multi-disciplinary programme aims to provide maximum benefit and education for delegates across many areas of interest, offering sessions that appeal to everyone.
At our 2018 conference, our feedback from delegates stated that DUKPC is a great place for networking. With the exhibition stands, posters, arena and Diabetes UK stand the most popular places visited in the Exhibition Hall. Why not have a look at what other people had to say about last year's conference.

Interested in having a partnership with us?
With one in 15 people living with diabetes in the UK, our Corporate Partners help us fund life-changing programmes to support people living with diabetes or at increased risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. At our 2018 conference we profiled three of our partnerships supported by Sanofi, Johnson and Johnson and Novo Nordisk on our Partners’ Wall.
We're also delighted to welcome Roche Diabetes Care to our portfolio and although we've still got a lot to do, our new and existing partnerships are helping us to get closer to creating a world where diabetes can do no harm.
