Diabetes UK has a very flexible approach to your commitment: we want you to be able give the time that suits you while making the best use of the skills and experience you have or want to develop. Whether you can spare an hour a month or a day a week, there are a range of activities that you can take part in to get involved with our work.
Equally, the length of volunteer service varies considerably. Some volunteers stay with us for many years. Others only have a short amount of time to offer and move on to other things. Some posts are more full-time because of the nature of the role while others are more flexible.
For more information on volunteering opportunities please see our available roles below. You can also contact the Volunteer Development Team on 01376 505 241 or email eastern@diabetes.org.uk, or complete the general volunteer interest form.
