The event will be engaging, interactive and include educational sessions to inspire you to think dynamically about effectively managing your diabetes. The LWDD varied programme aims to help you to better understand your diabetes and support you to live the life you want to live.
This is an opportunity to meet with other people living with diabetes as well as:
- Engaging with health care professionals to improve your understanding of diabetes and prevent complications.
- Sharing of knowledge and resources to help manage your diabetes.
- Finding out what support is available locally and how you can access local services.
