Omagh Group Secretary, Lorraine Reid, said, ‘We were delighted to welcome 18 individual stall holders to our special ‘pre-loved sale’, all of whom had fantastic stock to sell and helped us raise money and awareness.

‘We would like to thank each of the stall holders for supporting our event and also to everyone who came along and enjoyed a great day at the Hospital Road Community Centre on Saturday, 24 March.’

Diabetes UK Northern Ireland National Fundraiser, Naomi Breen, said, ‘This was a great event and we would like to thank the Omagh Support Group for all the planning and organising that went into this. We would also like to thank the local community for supporting them and helping to raise money for the 100,000 people living with the condition in Northern Ireland.’

If you or someone you know is living with diabetes and you live in the Omagh area then come along to our next meeting on Wednesday, 25 April at 7.30pm in the Omagh Fire Station.
