Diabetes UK Education and Self-management Award
The aim of the Education and Self-management Award, donated by Anne Felton, is to recognise the importance of the evaluation of education and self-management in diabetes care. The award is made for the best abstract presentation at the Diabetes UK Professional Conference.
Eligibility: Open to health education professionals. Abstracts with regard to team working are particularly welcomed.
