We are looking for DSNs, dietitians and podiatrists who are willing to embrace the responsibility for delivering improvement in diabetes care. Developed in partnership with Leicester Diabetes Centre and TREND-UK this free leadership course gives participants the opportunity to learn:
- who and how to influence
- how to be an effective leader
- to identify the barriers to quality care and how to overcome them
- to work with a coach to develop your own action plan.
100% of attendees would recommend this event to other DSNs and dietitians looking to increase their knowledge and skills as a leader.
"It has been a really inspiring couple of days. So useful to share experiences, and the coaching was invaluable! I will recommend this course to all my colleagues."
