Tomorrow’s Leaders is a leadership programme for DSNs and dietitians that aims to give participants the skills and confidence they need to lead improvements in diabetes care.
The programme not only supports participants to develop leadership skills, it also boosts their confidence and motivation to develop and deliver and high-quality diabetes care. It provides participants with the platform to share aspirations and challenges, and develop a peer support network.

We are looking for DSNs and dietitians who are willing to embrace the responsibility for delivering improvement in diabetes care. Alongside Leicester Diabetes Centre and TREND-UK, we have developed a free leadership course. The course will give you the opportunity to learn:
- who and how to influence
- how to be an effective leader
- to identify the barriers to quality care and how to overcome them
- to work with a coach to develop your own action plan.
100 per cent of attendees would recommend this event to other DSNs and dieticians looking to increase their knowledge and skills as a leader.
Please note that applications for courses in 2018 have now closed. If you are interested in applying, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest for when we next open applications.
