Single case experimental design to pilot test a web-based ACT intervention for improving psychological and health outcomes in adults with Type 1 diabetes

Researchers at Royal Holloway University of London would like to recruit people above 18 years of age with type 1 diabetes who feel are struggling emotionally with the demands of the condition to take part in a study that is testing a six-week online Acceptance and Commitment Therapy intervention. The intervention aims at developing mindfulness skills to live in the present and achieve meaningful life goals. Upon study completion participants will be entered in a prize draw to win a £50 Amazon voucher.
