Social connectedness, diabetes distress and self-management behaviour in individuals living with type 2 diabetes

Researchers at University of the West of England are looking for people living with type 2 diabetes aged 18 to complete a survey social connectedness (how connected we feel to others) and its links to diabetes related distress and diabetes self-management.
