Putting the social into social jetlag: Examining the nature of social factors that shape social jetlag in adults with type 2 diabetes

Researchers at Maynooth University, Ireland would like to recruit people aged 40 and over living with type 2 diabetes, who are either retired or not currently working. The researchers are inviting these people to take part in a study that is aiming to identify the nature of social and other factors which impact our sleep timing and lead to a difference between regular weekdays and weekend days sleep and wake activities, known as social jetlag.

You can take part in the study from home by completing a short online survey that will assess stress levels and sleep timing. Following on from this a small group of participants will be asked to complete an interview over Microsoft Teams.
