How do young adults with type 2 diabetes feel about public health campaigns?

University College London

Researchers at University College London want to explore how young adults in the UK with type 2 diabetes feel about public health campaigns that focus on healthy eating, body weight and the prevention and impact of type 2 diabetes.

They would like to recruit young adults (18-30 years) with type 2 diabetes who are willing to talk about their personal views on the condition, body weight, healthy eating and public health campaigns in relation to their diagnosis. The study involves completing a task electronically and some participants will be invited to take part in a 60-minute telephone or video call interview.
