Peer Support

Living with diabetes can be difficult – and sometimes you need support from someone who knows exactly what you’re going through.

Our Peer Support network connects people living with diabetes, and offers to share information, experience and support.

We have a team of amazing volunteers, each with lots of experience of managing and living with diabetes. You can talk by email at any time, or phone during opening hours on 0843 353 8600 (details of call charges can be found on the How to get in touch page).

Opening hours

Wednesday 12:00–15:00, Friday 9:00–12:00, Sunday 19:00–22:00

It’s a safe and secure service, and the volunteers are specially trained. All information will be kept private and confidential within the scheme. We have put together a number of house rules for the service and recommend that you take a look at these.

By entering a topic into the search field or using the tick boxes below, you can search through the volunteer profiles and find someone to talk to. Alternatively, you can browse the Peer Support volunteers' profiles.
