There are so many reasons to Walk for Diabetes; walking for better health, walking in support of a loved one with diabetes, or in memory of someone special.
Everyone who takes part in Walk for Diabetes is walking to change the lives of people living with the condition – for research, for new treatments. For a cure. Whatever your reason, we think you’re amazing. Which is why we promise to do amazing things with every pound you raise, for everyone affected by diabetes in the UK.
It’s your walk and your choice of distance, location and activities – we want you to make it your own. Organise a lunchtime walk with colleagues, or go bigger and try a longer walk at the weekend with your local community. Whatever you choose to do, you are doing something amazing for those affected by diabetes and we will support you all the way.
