We are Diabetes UK, the UK’s leading charity supporting everyone affected by diabetes. With expert information and advice based on clinical research and NHS guidance and shaped by the experiences of people living with diabetes, we're here to support you right from diagnosis onwards, whenever you need us.
We're working with the NHS to deliver you email support for your first year following a type 2 diabetes diagnosis, to ensure you have all the information you need to complement the support being given to you by your NHS healthcare team.
