Diabetes UK is passionate about improving support for children and young people with diabetes in schools across England.
We need to write to the Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, to ask for his help in improving life for pupils with diabetes.
Please let the Prime Minister know what it is like to live with diabetes in your school.
What to do
You can either write a short, courteous letter or draw a picture.
All the letters and pictures we receive will be presented to 10 Downing Street on Tuesday 5 May, so we need you to send yours as soon as possible.
