An Enchanted Garden conference dinner
For 2019’s conference dinner we invite you to escape into a world of enchantment within the Garden of Eden at The Shankly Hotel. It is sure to be a whimsical affair in this rooftop venue, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Liverpool skyline whilst being treated to a drinks reception, a delicious three course meal with wine, and live music.
When does the dinner take place?
The conference dinner will be held on Thursday, 7 March at The Shankly Hotel.
When does it start and finish?
The drinks reception begins at 7.30pm. The evening is intended to finish no later than 11pm. Please note that no shuttle service will be provided, but the venue is located in the heart of Liverpool city centre and is a twenty minute walk or short taxi ride from the ACC Liverpool.
What is the dress code?
Eveningwear with an enchanted garden inspiration - think florals and earth tones.
Is there a seating plan?
There is not a seating plan, however tables for 10 people can be booked in advance if attending as a group. If you book 10 tickets in one transaction, we will reserve a table for you.
How much are the tickets and what does the price include?
Tickets cost £55 (inc. VAT) per person. This price includes an arrival drink, three course meal, half a bottle of wine and fantastic live entertainment.
How do I book?
You can book your dinner tickets now. The easiest way to do this is to choose the dinner option when you register for the conference. Otherwise, please contact the Events team to book your place. We look forward to celebrating with you.
