A conference dinner
For 2024’s conference dinner we cordially invite you to the Docklands: Dine & Delight conference dinner at the Sunborn London Yacht Hotel.
The Sunborn London, an opulent yacht docked on Royal Victoria Dock, offers guests a stunning waterfront experience with panoramic views of the Thames, Canary Wharf, and the iconic dome of the London O2 Arena.
It promises an enchanting evening, complete with a delectable three-course meal, drinks and music. Secure your boarding pass and embark on a memorable journey.
When does the dinner take place?
The conference dinner will be held on Thursday, 18 April at The Sunborn London Yacht Hotel
When does it start and finish?
Guest arrival begins at 7.30pm. The evening is intended to finish at 11.00pm. Please note that no shuttle service will be provided, but the venue is ideally placed, moored just outside the West entrance of ExCeL opposite Royal Victoria Square, whilst Custom House station (Elizabeth Line and DLR) is just a six-minute stroll away.
What is the dress code?
Smart/Evening wear.
Is there a seating plan?
There isn’t a seating plan, however tables for 10 people can be booked in advance if attending as a group. If you book 10 tickets in one transaction, we will reserve a table for you.
How much are the tickets and what does the price include?
Tickets cost £55 (inc. VAT) per person. This price includes an arrival drink, three-course meal, half a bottle of wine and fantastic live entertainment.
