Wellness Month 2023
Wellbeing is about feeling good and healthy. This can include many aspects, such as physical, psychological, emotional, social, and economic wellbeing.
Wellness is how you actively try to achieve better wellbeing. This can be through the activities and choices you make. Taking steps to focus on your wellbeing can have a positive effect on managing your diabetes through relaxation and improving the quality of your sleep.
What is Wellness Month and how does it work?
This November, challenge yourself to elevate your wellbeing by taking on our Wellness Month. Pledge to complete a wellness activity every day for 30 days, all while raising money for people living with diabetes who need our support.
Whether you want to work on your social, health or mental wellbeing, we’re going to support you throughout the challenge with a wellness calendar based around your needs, helpful advice, tips and more.
You can take on brand new wellness activities or reconnect with activities that you've enjoyed in the past – either way, you’ll be taking your first steps to achieving a genuine lifestyle change. Everyone’s wellness journey is unique, so the choice is yours!
And you won’t be alone, you’ll be joining our Wellness Community on Facebook, for support, motivation and celebration along the way.
Commit to a month of wellness today – for yourself, your loved ones and for all those affected by diabetes - and reap the rewards that follow.
