- Blend half the tin of chickpeas and all the other ingredients together until almost smooth and well combined.
- Roughly crush the remaining chickpeas with a fork and stir into the mixture – this adds texture to your hummus. Sprinkle over the mint and serve with vegetable crudités.
- The perfect party dip – place in a bowl surrounded by sticks of carrots, peppers, cucumber and celery and pitta bread fingers.
- Serve with warm pitta bread, plus vegetables/salad for a more substantial snack.
