TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The following Terms and Conditions apply to Balance Magazine spring 2026 issue.
2. Closing date is 14 May 2026 unless specified otherwise.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. No cash or prize alternative(s) unless stated otherwise.
6. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Winner(s) will be picked at random from all completed entries after closing date by computer. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. All elements of the competition prize(s) win are subject to availability. The prize consists of: a two-night stay for two at Eckington Manor, including a two-night stay in the Junior Suite, a welcome bottle of fizz, breakfast served in the restaurant each morning, and two places on a scheduled cookery course.
9. The prize must be taken within six months of winner being notified. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash value.
10. Prize draws and giveaways are open to all UK residents except employees and families of Diabetes UK, DMS Agency, any third parties or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
11. Entrants must be 18 or over unless otherwise stated.
12. Entries received after the closing date cannot be considered.
13. Winner(s) will receive prize(s) or notification of prize(s) within 28 days of the closing date, unless otherwise stated.
