TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The following Terms and Conditions apply to Balance Magazine summer 2026 issue.
2. Closing date is 28 August 2026 unless specified otherwise.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. No cash or prize alternative(s) unless stated otherwise.
6. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Winner(s) will be picked at random from all completed entries after closing date by computer. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. All elements of the competition prize(s) win are subject to availability. The prize consists of: a two-night stay for two at Lion Quays Shropshire, including a two-night stay in an upgraded room, dinner on both evenings, breakfast on both mornings, a spa day experience and 50-minute treatment and the use of leisure facilities until 4pm on day of departure.
9. The prize is valid until 21 January 2027. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash value.
10. Prize draws and giveaways are open to all UK residents except employees and families of Diabetes UK, DMS Agency, any third parties or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
11. Entrants must be 18 or over unless otherwise stated.
12. Entries received after the closing date cannot be considered.
13. Winner(s) will receive prize(s) or notification of prize(s) within 28 days of the closing date, unless otherwise stated.
