Peer support can take place through lots of different approaches across different environments. There is no 'one size fits all' category when it comes to Peer Support. We know different things will work for different people and we want to hear from you! |

Wellness Walk7 July 2024 | Join us for our Birmingham Wellness Walk 2024 on Sunday 7 July 2024 Walk for a happier, healthier future. Striding out from City Centre Gardens, your wellness walk will go through the varied and interesting neighbourhoods of Birmingham, passing famous sights such as the Bullring, along the Birmingham canals and through Chamberlain Square, ending this year at Aston University. |
