The London Team offers free monthly webinars on a range of useful and interesting topics for people living with or at risk of diabetes.

Diabetes and Dementia

Tuesday, 21 September - World Alzheimer's Day
Time: 5pm to 6pm

Speakers: UCL researcher Jessica Rees and dementia support work Daniel Fredriksson from the Alzheimer's Society. 

What dementia is, how it links  to diabetes and tips for managing mental and physical health. The talks will be followed by a Q&A.


You need to register in advance to attend the event which is on Zoom.

The event will be recorded so if you can't attend but would like to watch it, simply register and the recording will be sent to you after the event. 

After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email with further information.

Coming up: A discussion on health inequality on Thursday 21 October, from 5pm to 6pm: With Mike Clark, head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Independent Age and Diabetes UK researcher Dr Louise Goff to mark Black History Month.
