Families of children living with Type 1 diabetes are invited to join us at our third annual Family Network Day at Glasgow Science Centre on Saturday 21 September 2019.
This is a free event for families to get together, share information and experiences, and participate in discussions on issues affecting them. Most importantly, this is a day to have fun! Everyone who attends the event will also have free admittance to the Science Centre to check out all the awesome and interactive exhibits.
Event organiser, Cheryl McPhilimy, said: "This is our third year running a Family Networking Day and we're really excited to see everyone. We hope to see familiar faces but also we'd love to meet some new families and introduce them to Diabetes Scotland and our local family groups.
"We will have a lot of fun but this is also a chance for families to find out more about support available, campaigns and the work of Diabetes Scotland."
Spaces are limited so anyone wishing to attend the Family Networking Day will have to register for a place.
