The North Wales Diabetes and Engagement Conference will be held at the Oriel Hotel in St Asaph on Saturday 17 November.

The conference is open to all and offers people in North Wales the chance to learn more about diabetes care in Wales, recent Diabetes UK Cymru campaigns, and how to live well with the condition.

The conference will run from 10am until 4pm. Speakers from across Wales will discuss managing life with diabetes, fundraising and volunteering for the charity, and the future of diabetes care in North Wales.

It’s also an opportunity for people to network with others living with the condition in their area.

Support and information across Wales

Our National Director Dai Williams said: “We are committed to providing support and information to those living with the condition across Wales, and their families.

“The Diabetes and Engagement Conference is a fantastic opportunity for people in North Wales to learn more about the work we do across the country and about Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes care in Wales.

“We are excited to hear talks from our inspiring North Wales volunteers and fundraisers, whose dedication and hard work are helping us to create a world where diabetes can do no harm.”
