The North Wales Diabetes and Engagement Conference will be held at the Oriel Hotel in St Asaph on Saturday 17 November.
The conference is open to all and offers people in North Wales the chance to learn more about diabetes care in Wales, recent Diabetes UK Cymru campaigns, and how to live well with the condition.
The conference will run from 10am until 4pm. Speakers from across Wales will discuss managing life with diabetes, fundraising and volunteering for the charity, and the future of diabetes care in North Wales.
It’s also an opportunity for people to network with others living with the condition in their area.
