  • 750g floury potatoes, such as King Edward or Maris Piper, thickly cut into chips
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp sweet smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 unwaxed lemon
  • 2 thick cut (360g) lean lamb leg steaks, visible fat removed, cut into chunks
  • 2 medium red onions, cut into wedges
  • 2 large peppers (any colours), deseeded and cut into chunks
