Chair: Professor Louise Goff, University of Leicester 

Professor of Nutrition Science at the University of Leicester. Louise leads a multi-disciplinary research group investigating ethnic inequalities in health, with a particular focus on understanding differences in the mechanisms underlying the development of type 2 diabetes in different ethnic groups.
