1. Entry to Diabetes UK prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over who have an active Swim22 JustGiving Fundraising Page except employees of JustGiving, Blackbaud, Diabetes UK, or any related companies, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. Participants will be automatically entered into the draw by either receiving and/or self-donating to their JustGiving page a minimum of £2.00 during the Swim22 campaign between 00:01 GMT 9th March 2026 and 23:59 GMT 23rd March 2026. Note there is no limit to an individual receiving and/or self-donating a minimum of £2.00 on their JustGiving page. All fundraising will be tracked via your Swim22 JustGiving Page.
3. Offline donations, which is money that is not donated directly via the JustGiving fundraising page will not be considered.
4. The personal data submitted by you in connection with the free draw will be used by JustGiving and Diabetes UK for the administration of the free draw. By signing up and participating in Swim22 you agree JustGiving and Diabetes UK may send you updates about the free draw. JustGiving and Diabetes UK will not contact you about our other activities unless you have already opted into such communications or you amend your contact preferences to allow us to do this.
5. There will be ten (10) prize draw winners.
6. The winners will be picked at random and will receive one (1) £100 donation per winner.
7. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date. To notify the winner, a representative from Diabetes UK will be in contact via telephone and/or email.
8. Unless otherwise stated, the winner(s) will receive the donation on their page within 14 days of notification.
9. The prize draw donation comes directly from JustGiving and will be donated to Diabetes UK via Swim22 fundraising pages. JustGiving privacy policy: https://www.justgiving.com/about/info/privacy-policy/privacy-policy-v40.
10. The surname and the county of the winner will be available on request for one month after the prize has been claimed by sending an email to swim22@diabetes.org.uk. The winner may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to swim22@diabetes.org.uk at any point up until they claim the Prize. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
10. Any decision of Diabetes UK as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Diabetes UK accepts no responsibility for donations that are incomplete, late, delayed, or lost.
11. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Prize Draw, your request should be made in writing to Diabetes UK at swim22@diabetes.org.uk.
13. Diabetes UK reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
14. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
