Tell us what you think
We want to put people with and affected by diabetes at the heart of our campaigning. So this year we're trying to speak to as many people as possible about their hopes for the future. Join the big conversation across the UK and take our short online survey to tell us what you think.
Changes to technology. Changes to the NHS. Changes to the world of work. Many people are unsure of what life will be like for people with diabetes in five or 10 years’ time. What do you think? What are your hopes? What are your worries? We want to know.
How can you get involved?
We've got lots of ways you can talk to us about the future of diabetes:

How will we use what you tell us?
All the information that we gather will help us to write the future of diabetes report that we will launch on World Diabetes Day in November.
The report will help us work with UK governments and NHS to push for the changes you want to see happen. This could be changes in care, services or support. It'll also help us know that as a charity we're campaigning on the issues that matter to you. Check this page for future updates.
