I have paid for my DUKPC: Insider registration. How can I claim a refund?
Please contact conferences@diabetes.org.uk confirming that you wish to be refunded. Refunds will be made back to the credit card or bank account via BACS used to make payment when registering for the conference.
If you made a payment by cheque, we will need to contact you to securely obtain your bank details.
How will the refund be made and how long will it be before I receive this?
Please allow 14 working days for the refund to be processed. If you made a payment by cheque, please allow 14 days from when your bank details have been securely received.
Is there a time-limit to make any refund claims on my registration fee?
Refund claims should be made by 5pm, Wednesday, 30 September 2020.
I am eligible for a refund but wish to leave this with Diabetes UK as a donation (or part-donation). What do I need to do?

Please contact conferences@diabetes.org.uk saying that you would like to leave your registration with Diabetes UK as a donation (or part-donation). We can, if you wish, also claim gift aid so that the donation to us will be greater at no cost to yourself. For more information, please visit the Gift Aid section of our website. You can download and complete the Gift Aid declaration form you will find there and attach it to your email, or alternatively we can send you the form if you would find it easier.
