Shopping on a budget

Eating healthily doesn’t have to be expensive, in fact you will probably save money. It’s possible to make good quality, healthy meals without breaking the bank.

The best way to cut your food costs is to plan your meals, using our meal planner, make a shopping list (and stick to it) and cook from scratch at home.

There are many ways you can eat a healthy, balanced diet on a budget. Buying tinned or frozen fruit and veg, creating dishes with leftovers and whipping up a healthy meal from what you have in your store cupboard will help you save money.

Check out some tips for cooking on a budget.
