3 pears, peeled, cored and quartered
2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
1 melon, cut into cubes
1 tbsp icing sugar
good pinch mixed spice
Method
  1. Simply mix together all the ingredients, divide between 6 large squares of foil and secure into parcels.
  2. Cook over the barbeque coals for about 10–12 minutes and serve.
Chefs tips
  • Why not try a tropical version - use mangoes and pineapple.
  • Works well with different spices, such as cinnamon or ground ginger.
