- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes.
- Drain. Place on a non-stick baking tray and drizzle with oil. Toss the potatoes in the oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt if you want.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until crisp.
