Ingredients
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut in to chunky chips
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt (optional)
Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Drain. Place on a non-stick baking tray and drizzle with oil. Toss the potatoes in the oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt if you want.
  4. Cook for 25-30 minutes until crisp.
