Method

Recipe tips
  • You could use macaroni for this pudding in place of the vermicelli.
  • Try adding some dried fruits such as raisins, sultanas, prunes or apricots.
  • To add extra flavour, add a good pinch of nutmeg, cinnamon or mixed spice.
