Cultural tailoring of diabetes prevention and self-management support for South Asian women: policy intentions vs implementation

Researchers at University College London (UCL) would like to recruit South Asian women aged 25-65, and living with type 2 diabetes in North East London to take part in a study that is examining whether current diabetes prevention and self-management services genuinely reflect policy commitments to culturally tailored care, as experienced by South Asian women in North East London.

Findings will be used to develop evidence-based recommendations to improve equity and cultural relevance in local diabetes services.

A confidential one-to-one semi-structured interview lasting 25-45 minutes, conducted in person or via video call at a time that suits you.
