Enhancing Psychological and Behavioural Support for People Living with Diabetes: A Mixed-Methods Feasibility Study of a Self-Guided Digital

Researchers at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) would like to recruit adults (18+) living in the UK with type 1 or type 2 diabetes to take part in a study evaluating a new four-week digital programme designed to support emotional wellbeing.

The study aims to explore whether a self-guided online programme, combining evidence-based psychological and behaviour change techniques, can help reduce diabetes distress and improve emotional wellbeing.

Taking part involves completing a short online screening questionnaire, two questionnaires (before and after the programme), and accessing the free four-week online programme, which includes short videos and practical activities that can be completed in your own time (around 15-20 minutes each week). Participants may also be invited to share feedback about their experience of using the programme.
