Researchers at City St Georges, University of London are inviting participants to take part in a research study exploring how people build healthy habits using an innovative psychological tool.
We are looking for people:
- aged 18 years or older;
 - who can communicate in English;
 - with a BMI above 25;
 - who are trying to manage their weight or diet.

Participation involves a short online meeting, watching short videos, completing reflection exercises, and filling in questionnaires over 4 weeks.
This study aims to understand how people develop healthier eating habits, including:
- How thoughts and emotions can pull us away from or guide us towards our values.
 - How to recognise unhelpful patterns and respond more flexibly.
 - How to take meaningful action towards health goals, even when motivation fluctuates.

You cannot take part if you are pregnant, have a current diagnosis of an eating disorder, or have plans in the next 4 weeks that may prevent participation.
Participants will receive a £10 Amazon voucher by email once they have completed the final questionnaire.
