Exploring the Psychological Support Needs of Young people aged 11-18 with ADHD and Type 1 Diabetes

Researchers at Cardiff University would like to recruit:

  • adults with confirmed diagnoses of type 1 diabetes and ADHD who are willing to reflect on living with both conditions between the ages of 11-18;
  • parents of young people with confirmed diagnoses of type 1 diabetes and ADHD;
  • healthcare professionals registered with a professional body with at least 1 year of experience working with 11-18-year-olds with ADHD and type 1 diabetes.

We would like you to take part in a study aiming to develop expert consensus on the psychological support needs of young people aged between 11-18 with ADHD and type 1 diabetes.

Taking part will involve sharing your opinions on the psychological support needs of 11-18 year olds with ADHD and type 1 diabetes. We will ask you to complete 3 separate questionnaires, each taking approximately 20 minutes over a three-month period.

You can enter a prize draw to win £50 Love2Shop vouchers if you complete all 3 questionnaires.

For more information please contact Keira Gravel at gravellkf1@cardiff.ac.uk
