Diabetes UK is committed to bringing people and ideas together to make change happen. Across the country, we know that healthcare professionals are constantly developing new and innovative ways to improve care for people with diabetes.
We want to inspire and accelerate change in the NHS by supporting healthcare professionals to share examples of good practice.
This month, in the first of a series of callouts in 2015, we’re searching for good practice examples of.
Have you developed a new way of improving attendanceat structured patient education? Have you increased your capacity or reduced waiting lists? Are you using technology to improve access to ongoing learning and support? How do you engage Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities?
No example of good practice is too small to make a difference. Your ideas could have a real and lasting impact on the lives of people with diabetes across the UK.
