The NHS England National Innovation Accelerator (NIA) programme was launched on 7 January 2015. The programme builds on the proud NHS tradition of leading healthcare innovation, with particular focus on scale and adoption, and aims to give patients more equitable access to cutting edge products, processes and technologies. Selected innovations will be rapidly developed and scaled across the health service to improve patient care and reduce costs.
Anyone with a healthcare related innovation can apply. The successful applicants will be given a year’s intensive support by NHS England, the Health Foundation and UCLP to get their innovation taken up across the NHS.
The deadline for applications is 12 noon on.
For more information, please see theNIA webpage on the NHS England website.
