The CCG is undertaking a review of their diabetes services. They have undertaken a scoping exercise for the review and a baselining exercise to identify South Lincolnshire’s current position in regards of diabetes services.
Patients shaping service review
In partnership we held an engagement event in each of the CCG’s localities - Stamford and Spalding - to capture the broad views of service users of what they like about services, what could be improved and how the CCG can support them to better self-manage their condition.
